Simple Life Hacks to Make Your Mornings Less Hectic

Are you that morning person who finds it easy to get out of bed and manage his whole day without going through any hassle? If you are, then congratulations, you find mornings less stressful unlike most of us. Those who are not morning people find it really difficult to manage their morning tasks, at least according to productivity experts. A little planning and scheduling can save you a lot of tension and time, but then again, the trouble arises when it comes to prioritizing the many tasks one must undertake every day.
Planning your day is of course a crucial step in de-cluttering your life, but it’s not enough to take away that morning stress. To do that, you need to somehow lessen the burden of the tasks you must perform every morning. You need to identify those morning tasks which can be automated, which you can do at night, or which you can avoid altogether.

All this may seem simple to achieve, but it becomes very difficult when more than half of your day is spent at work, leaving you only that time in the morning to get yourself organized and ready to start a new day.
The good news is that productivity experts believe you can manage all this without putting yourself under the monumental pressure of establishing and adhering to a morning routine. By following these simple life hacks, you can actually manage your work better throughout the day.
Complete All Tasks Requiring Decision Making Before Going To Bed
Mornings are not the best time to engage in making decisions of any sort, whether important or trivial. Getting late to an important meeting because you couldn’t plan in time what to wear or how to travel is obviously not a wise move.
Decisions such as choosing the outfit to wear to work or arranging your transportation for travel should ideally be done at night. This small yet extremely helpful planning process is not a very big step, but it could bring about a revolutionary change in your morning routine, effectively reducing your morning stress. You can take help of online fashion magazines to plan your daily outfits and even make trendy outfit combinations beforehand.

Pre-Prepare You Breakfast
If you are fitness conscious, than you must need a significant period of time to invest in meal preparation. Some people are not bothered if they don’t have anything for breakfast. But there are people who consider breakfast the most important meal of day and cannot compromise on its nutritional content. If you are among the latter, then you need to allocate some time at night to prepare your breakfast.

Here are a few ideas. The cutting or blanching of vegetables of your choice, or the squeezing out the juice from your preferred fruits, can easily be done at night and stored in fridge without any fear of the food going bad. Oatmeal, yogurt and berries, all mixed together can be stored in a jar or a container overnight and still remain fresh as ever in the morning.
You can also make pancake batter and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, to be consumed as needed. Also if you require any grocery items, then make it a habit of purchasing them the night before. This will save you a lot of time and hassle in the morning.
Place the Things You Need In Plain Sight
You might need a lot of things to get yourself ready before you may leave for work. If these things are used by you on a routine basis, then you need to get yourself an organizer box and place those things in different section so that they are easily distinguishable.
For example, your keys to your office drawer, car keys, medicines, phone charger, power bank and wallet can be placed in such an organizer box.
Your shoes should be placed on the shoe rack and your tie or scarf, if you wear them, should be hung on the side of your closet. For women, makeup organizer boxes are also available which can save you a lot of effort to find the makeup you need to apply with your chosen outfit.
