According to her, although she has been pretty casual with the food she consumes, she makes sure to perform a detox by following the raw vegan diet.

Although the raw vegan diet is very much about going vegan, as the name suggests, you are supposed to consume raw vegetables. According to Venus Williams, who is another celebrity following this diet, it has helped her a lot as she copes with Sjogren’s syndrome.

Woody Harrelson is also on this diet plan and has said that if he cooks up the vegetables instead of eating them raw, he feels a noticeable difference in his energy levels. According to Harrelson, it was this energy boost which motivated him to make the switch, unlike many vegans who conform to the diet because of ethical reasons.

The 80/20

This diet is perhaps a saving grace for all those who do not wish to sacrifice their consumption of all the foods they love in order to achieve their fitness goals. It is followed by many big names in the entertainment industry, such as Olivia Munn, Jillian Michaels, and even supermodel Miranda Kerr.

The specifications of this diet plan are pretty simple. All you have to do is split up your diet in the 80-20 ratio, with 80% of all the foods you consume falling in the healthy category while 20% being foods that you absolutely love, even if they might not be considered healthy.

According to Cavallari, the diet that forms her 80% includes foods that are gluten-free, and also those which do not have any white sugar in them. She also stays away from anything made out of white flour and also avoids white salt. She also makes an effort to control the amount of alcohol she consumes. As for the rest of her 20% diet, she likes to have whatever she wants.
