The different videos online also probe more people to try the product and incorporate it on their diet regimens. To consume this, bloggers usually dilute 1 tablespoon of ACV in an 8 oz of water. Women always encounter unrealistic body expectation on the daily basis, and one reason for that is the media. On the early 20s, people give too much importance in breast size. Women who are flat-chested receives body shaming remarks, while women with bigger cups are perceived to be more beautiful. As a result, breast-enhancing procedures become popular, and women felt pressured to undergo one. A decade later, the media switched lanes and are now focusing on buttocks. This trend is so popular that there are many exercise videos on how to achieve a firmer buttocks that are flooding the internet. And because this is what society dictates to be beautiful, many men and women try their best to live up to this expectation.

Garcinia Cambogia

Before waist trainers and detox teas surface the diet industry, diet pills are already owning the crown. Most diet pills have L-carnitine, but it was put aside when Garcinia Cambogia was introduced. It is a fruit that is said to be a natural ingredient to keep fats at bay. The pill gain traction in the weight loss world when it was discussed in the Dr. Oz Show. After that, differenct companies started to release their own versions of the promising pill, all claiming to contain 100% pure Garcinia Cambogia extract. Only shows that whatever product that promotes weight loss will surely sell.

There are many ways to achieve the goal we want, but the false advertisements and promises can get too blinding sometimes. There are no short cuts to losing weight, but there can also be no harm if we follow some of these trends in MODERATION.
