Kelly Rowland Is Taking Fitness Inspiration From Jennifer Lopez, And Here Are All The Fitness Secrets She Has Learned!
All of us need some sort of motivation to workout. While for some it is a pressing health issue that gets them out early in the morning to go for a jog, for others it is the desire to look a certain way. And it is this latter category which finds motivation by looking at exemplary people with an amazing body, to provide the necessary drive to push in their own workouts. For Kelly Rowland, that exemplary figure is none other than Jennifer Lopez.
According to Rowland, Lopez has been a constant source of motivation for her as she goes through the journey towards a fit and healthy body.
She made it clear that she was not saying this as a joke, and did not shy away from throwing praise towards Lopez, calling her body absolutely amazing. Lopez does not shy away from sharing insights about her workouts on social media, with pictures that fully display her perfect body, which is enough for Rowland to fuel her own workouts.
Making An Effort
There is no doubt that Rowland is making a lot of effort when it comes to working out every day. She tries her best not to miss any of her daily workouts. According to reports, one of the major reasons why the singer has started to pay more attention to her physical health is because of her mother, who unfortunately passed away back in 2014 after succumbing to a devastating cardiac arrest.
Rowland has said that it was at that moment in time she made a pact with herself that she would alter her eating habits as well as indulge in more exercise in an effort to take care of her physical health. The singer, who is also a coach at the Australian version of the famous TV show The Voice, has said that she wants to make this effort for all the people she loves, which includes her family above everyone else.
Always Under The Spotlight
Naturally, looking fit has always been a requirement in Rowland’s field of work, ever since she grew to international fame with the extremely popular girl group called Destiny’s Child. But now, the focus is more on building up her body’s strength.
She is now also actively campaigning for better eating habits, encouraging people to shift towards healthier food choices. Because of the way her mother died, Rowland is most focused on heart health and is shining a light upon the pressing need for all of us to take care of our heart, whether it is through a proper diet or with adequate exercise.
According to the singer, heart health can be maintained very easily as many physical activities provide a benefit to our cardiac system. In fact, just roller skating is a great way to provide a boost to your heart, and a lot of fun as well.
Rowland herself likes to indulge in a combination of workouts that are both low as well as high in intensity, and also drinks a lot of water to ensure she remains absolutely hydrated throughout the day, in addition to monitoring her food intake to control what she is putting into her system.
